I was inspired by folk artist, Henry Darger and his works of art that have been titled "Realms of the Unreal".  His work is about a battle featuring little girl warriors.  I decided to explore embroidery on mesh to made to look like floating knitwear.  I paired this with double-sided green silk, silver grommets, and oversized pockets.  Here are some pictures I have from the Drexel fashion show of my pieces.
